Title: Scanner reinstallation after reboot

Problem:
When the RS6000 is rebooted, the scanner no longer works in Pixel!FX. Scanner has to be reinstalled after every reboot.
Cause:
Device Driver is not initialized correctly at boot time.
Solution:
Perform the following steps to assure that the scanner driver is loaded properly.
